Automations that give you your week back.

We build AI automations for small businesses across the United States and Canada. Every enquiry gets an instant reply, follow-ups actually happen, bookings and reminders run themselves, and an AI assistant handles the routine questions. Built in your own accounts, at a fixed price agreed before we start.

What we automate

The repetitive work we take off your plate.

Most small businesses lose the same hours to the same jobs every week. These are the workflows we build most often, each one connected to the tools you already use.

Lead capture and instant reply

Every form, missed call and after-hours message gets an answer in seconds, with a booking link, and lands in one place instead of five inboxes.

CRM and follow-up

Leads routed, tagged and filled in with the details your team needs. Follow-ups go out on schedule, so nothing sits unanswered.

Booking, reminders and reviews

Online booking synced to your calendar, reminders that cut no-shows, and a review request after every finished job.

Quotes, onboarding and admin

Quotes and proposals drafted from a call or a form, documents requested and chased, and new clients onboarded the same way every time.

AI chat and phone assistants

An assistant that knows your services, prices and hours, answers routine questions on your website or phone line, and hands everything else to a person.

Win-back and reporting

Past customers reminded when they’re due again, and a weekly summary of leads, bookings and revenue sent to your inbox.

Generative AI users already save about 2.2 hours a week on average, according to St. Louis Fed research. Automating a whole workflow goes further. See the worked examples by industry →

How it works

Map it, build it, hand it over.

You won’t need to understand anything technical, and nothing reaches your customers until you’ve seen it work.

1

We map it

A short call about how work moves through your business: where enquiries come in, what happens next, and where things get dropped. You get a plan and a fixed price. If something isn’t worth automating, we’ll say so.

2

We build it

We build in your own accounts and connect the tools you already use. Every automation is tested with real examples, and you approve every message a customer will see before anything goes live.

3

We hand it over

We switch it on, walk your team through it, and leave written notes on how it works. It runs in your accounts, so it’s yours, and you can change or extend it with anyone you like.

Tell us what eats up your week.

Three quick questions. You’ll get a straight answer on what’s worth automating and a fixed price, usually within a day.

What do you need?

Tell us about the business.

Where do we send it?

We use this to reply to you and nothing else. Stored with our host, never sold, deleted on request — see our Privacy Policy.

Questions

The things people ask us first.

Software that does repetitive tasks so nobody has to do them by hand: replying to new enquiries, sending reminders, moving information between your tools and drafting routine emails. The AI part reads and writes language, such as sorting an enquiry by type or drafting a reply. The rest follows fixed rules you approve.
Most tasks that start with a trigger and follow the same steps every time: a form submitted, a call missed, an appointment booked, a job finished, an invoice due. Common examples are instant lead replies, CRM updates, follow-ups, reminders, review requests, quotes, onboarding emails and weekly reports.
It depends on your volume. St. Louis Fed research found generative AI users save about 2.2 hours a week on average, and automating a whole workflow, such as appointment reminders, can save more on that one task. We estimate the saving for your business before you commit. See worked examples by industry.
We build on established automation platforms such as Make, n8n and Zapier, with AI models from providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic, and connect them to the software you already run: your CRM, calendar, email, phone system, Shopify or accounting software. You don’t need to switch systems.
Yes. We build in accounts set up in your name, so the automations, the data and the logins are yours. If you ever want someone else to look after them, everything is yours to hand over.
Only where you decide it should. Routine messages such as confirmations and reminders can go out automatically once you’ve approved the wording. Anything sensitive or unusual is routed to a person, and AI-drafted replies can wait for approval before they’re sent.
No. Automations work with the website and tools you already have. If your site has no way to capture enquiries properly, we’ll tell you, and our website team can fix that as part of the same project.
Yes. Rampfinity is based in Toronto, Ontario and Tacoma, Washington, and builds automations for small businesses across the United States and Canada. The work is done by video call, phone and email, so where you’re based doesn’t change the process or what you get. You’re invoiced in your own country’s currency.
We charge in your country’s currency: US dollars for businesses in the United States, and Canadian dollars for businesses in Canada. Your quote and invoice show the currency and the final price before any work starts.
Yes. Every project starts with a written quote that sets out the scope, the fixed price and what you own, and every payment comes with a receipt.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, or Link, on Stripe’s own payment page, so we never see or store your full card number. You’re charged in your own country’s currency, and a receipt is sent for every payment.
