About these terms
These terms apply when you use rampfinity.com, send us an enquiry, or hear from us by phone or text.
Rampfinity is 1000488533 Ontario Ltd., carrying on business as Rampfinity. We are based in Toronto, Ontario and Tacoma, Washington, and work with businesses across the United States and Canada. You deal with the Canadian company, which is why these terms are governed by Ontario law. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Rampfinity, and "you" means the person or business using this website or contacting us.
Buying a service from us
If you buy a website build or the Website Care Plan, our Service Agreement governs that purchase — including price, currency and payment, refunds, ownership, hosting, domains, the Care Plan and its term, and liability. Where these terms and the Service Agreement differ on that work, the Service Agreement applies.
AI visibility (GEO) and growth consulting work is governed by the terms set out in your proposal or order for that engagement.
Paying a Website Build invoice is acceptance of the Service Agreement and of the invoice or other written order it relates to. The details of your purchase — scope, price and currency — are set out in that invoice or order.
Descriptions and starting prices on this website are general information, not an offer. Nothing is agreed until it's confirmed in an invoice or other written order.
Using this website
Content on this website is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we don't warrant that it is, and nothing on it is legal, financial or other professional advice for your specific situation.
The text, design, graphics and code of this website belong to Rampfinity or are used under licence. You're welcome to read, share and link to it; please don't copy it wholesale or present it as your own.
Please don't use this website or its forms to send spam, malicious code, or anything unlawful, and don't try to interfere with how the site works.
Search and AI visibility
Search engines and AI assistants decide rankings and recommendations using their own systems, which change constantly and are influenced by your competitors, your market and your reputation. Nobody can honestly guarantee a position, a ranking, an amount of traffic, or that a specific AI assistant will mention your business — and we don't.
Phone calls
We call businesses in the United States and Canada to introduce our services, usually on the business phone number they publish themselves. When we call, we tell you who we are and why we're calling, and we call only during the hours Canadian and US rules allow in your local time.
To stop our calls, tell us on the call, email kat@rampfinity.com, or reply STOP to any text from us. Your number goes on our internal do-not-call list within 10 business days at most and stays there for at least five years. Where the law requires it, we check numbers against the Canadian National Do Not Call List and the US National Do Not Call Registry before calling. How we handle call records is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Text messages
Rampfinity sends text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. We do not send cold or unsolicited texts. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
If you opt in, we may text you about information you asked for, website previews, our services, pricing we discussed with you, scheduling, customer support, and follow-up related to your conversation with us. If you're a client and give us a mobile number as a contact for your project, we may text it about that project.
- Frequency: varies with your interactions with us — typically one to three follow-up messages, with more only as part of an ongoing conversation or project.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- Help: reply HELP, or email kat@rampfinity.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number and your consent is set out in our Privacy Policy; we never share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing.
Links and third-party services
This website may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, their terms or how they handle your information.
Our forms are delivered by a third-party form service, and this website is hosted by a third-party provider. They're named in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
This section covers your use of this website and our phone and text contact. Liability for paid work is set out in the Service Agreement for website work, and in your proposal or order for other services.
This website is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you use the site is the one that applies. Changes to the terms of a purchase are handled under the agreement that covers it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Ontario, except where a law that applies to you and can't be waived says otherwise.
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
